Was using profile links a quick way to open public stories?

My friends often send Instagram profile links when recommending new restaurants, exhibitions, or places to visit. I like having the exact address because it removes any uncertainty about which public account they mean. Copying that information into a browser feels more natural than manually searching for the profile again. It is particularly convenient when the username contains numbers or punctuation. Did using complete profile links make public story viewing quicker and more comfortable for you?
