Rong biển ăn liền là gì?
Rong biển được xem là loại rau dưới nước tốt hơn bất kỳ loại rau nào trên mặt đất. Ngày nay họ thường dùng rau biển để ăn liền bằng cách đem rửa sạch rồi mang sấy khô, sau đó tẩm ướp thêm gia vị vừa ăn và có thể dùng ăn luôn mà không cần qua chế biến. Nó được gọi là rong biển khô ăn liền.
Trẻ em ăn rong biển có tốt không?
Với những tác dụng rất tốt cho sức khỏe cho cả người lớn và trẻ nhỏ. Vậy một câu hỏi đặt ra là: Trẻ em ăn rong biển có tốt không? Sẽ là tốt, rất tốt nếu như cha mẹ biết cách chế biến và cân đối dinh dưỡng hợp lý. - Rong biển có tính hấp thụ chất béo và ổn định cân nặng nên không thích hợp cho các bé bị còi.
- Đặc biệt lưu ý với những bé dễ bị dị ứng, khi có các biểu hiện như: khó thở, buồn nôn thì có thể bé nhà bạn dị ứng với rong biển và mẹ cần ngưng ngay không cho bé ăn và đưa bé đến cơ sở y tế gần nhất. Cách tốt nhất là mẹ nên cho bé ăn thử một ít ở lần ăn đầu tiên để xem cơ thể bé thích hợp không rồi mới tiếp cho lần sau.
