1. Center performance
- Accountable for the overall profitability and the strategic plan of the center
- Lead sales and marketing activities to deliver sales and revenue target
2. Center operation
- Coordinate center operation and services to achieve customer satisfaction and optimize customer experience
- Ensuring compliance to local regulations and authorities
- Implementing Havina operation policies throughout the Center
- Manage center facilities and equipment up to HAVINA standards and brand guidelines
- Provide leadership and direction to all staff (both local and expatriates) and be responsible for performances and developments of all staff of the center
- Responsible for all aspects of staff recruitment, development and motivation in your Center
- Co-ordinate with Academic Department to maintain high-quality in training services; courses to achieve KPI

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Hold bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce
- At least 02 year experience in managerial position
- Be proactive, customer-oriented, result - driven with professional demeanor
- Demonstrable success in growing sales (min. 1 year)
- Strong problem solving skill and leadership skill - Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
