Why forging?
Forging can refine the grain structure of products. Forging is superior to casting or machining bar stock because the metal鈥檚 natural grain flow is made to conform to the shape of the product.
What's your quality control device in house?
We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and UT Sonic as NDT checking method to control the forging detect under the surface of forging.
How soon before I get a sample?
30-35days for tooling and samples for OEM parts, 3-7 days for express.
Can I have our own logo on the products?
