Magento 2 WhatsApp Order Notification extension sends order notifications to customers through WhatsApp when the customer provides a valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number during checkout. The customer must have an active WhatsApp account linked to the phone number provided with the order. If the customer provides a phone number that is not registered with WhatsApp, the Magento 2 WhatsApp Order Notification extension cannot deliver the order notification to that customer.
