Metal can be damaged by too much heat, but for stainless steel – as a general rule of thumb – once it is a reddish colour, it is ready to bend. You can reheat the rod several times until you have the required shape.

Remember to use heavy-duty gloves and eye goggles!

You can also use threaded rod plastic protection caps to cover and protect the ends.

If you have adequate friction resistance or shear keys under the baseplate, you don't need welded washers. If you designed the connection to resist lateral loads through shear in the bolts, it depends. If you designed for 2 of the 6 bolts (I'm guessing at your layout) to take all of the shears, you probably don't need the welded washers as long as your ok with movement of the base of the column equal to the diameter of the oversized hole (again, assuming it's oversized) minus the anchor diameter (Not half, but all - what if the anchor is slightly off and hard against the opposite side of the hole? There's a reason oversized holes are used in baseplates.) If you need all of the bolts to resist the shear, then you need to have welded washers at all of the bolts. If you don't, you could have a couple bolts closer to the sides of the holes than others, so they'll load first and prevent the others from loading until they have deflected and/or failed - and then the others engage with two fewer than needed and the rest fail.]]>

In this process, millions of minute holes (cells) are drilled into the ceramic surface of the roll. Ink receptivity and releasing capabilities of the anilox roll is of higher importance and ink transfer capabilities of the plate are determined by the surface technology of plate, surface tension of plate & ink and plate to ink compatibility.

The latest chrome anilox roller is laser engraved, with cell counts currently up to 500 cells/cm, from a steel roller and coated in fine ceramic. These laser engraved ceramic rolls could last up to 10 years, depending on the wear they are exposed to from contact with the doctor's blade. They provide an even, and consistent ink delivery in a controlled manner and provide narrow web flexo with a competitive edge in the leading packaging markets eg self-adhesive labels for wines. Once the anilox is ‘charged’ with ink, the excess is wiped off with a flexible steel doctor blade.

Besides the cell geometry, ink release capabilities of the cell are also affected by rheological properties of ink like; viscosity, surface tension, printing pressure between the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder, substrate properties, etc.

Anilox engraving angles:

Available engraving angles for anilox rolls are as follows; 90 degree angle, 45 degree angle, 30 degree angle and 60 degree angle.

In 60 degree anilox angle, the hexagonal cell offers 15 per cent more cells on the same area. Higher quantity of cells indicates a plus point concerning the ink transfer, as well as homogeneity.

Most zirconia in the market today shares a very similar composition. However, the manufacturing process differs slightly depending on the purpose of the zirconia. For example:

Solid or monolithic zirconia with full compressed blanks to get the maximum strength (1,100 to 1,200 MPa)

Lightly compressed zirconia to accommodate medium translucency of anterior restorations (700 to 850 MPa)

Full zirconia framework stacked with zirconia powder (layered zirconia) to accommodate maximum aesthetics for anterior translucency

For example, the opacity of the dental zirconia blank is directly proportional to the strength. In other words, the strongest zirconia blanks are the most opaque they will be. Therefore, if you need the highest translucency (the least opaque blank) for your anterior restorations, the strength is significantly compromised. Still, it may be stronger than other non-metallic dental raw materials.

Kết quả là Heading to the Ground đi vào kỷ lục của Bảng phong thần xứ kim chi với mức rating trung bình hơn 5%. Đặc biệt, 3 tập cuối phim đều cán đích với con số dưới 4,5%.

Chẳng biết có phải do "dớp" hay không mà những dự án sau đó của anh đều lần lượt "im thin thít và lặn mất tăm". Điển hình nhất chính là "bom xịt" Poseidon. Ban đầu, diễn viên chính của bộ phim đã được ấn định cho Eric (Shinhwa), còn Yun Ho vào vai nam thứ. Tuy nhiên, hàng loạt trục trặc xảy ra trước giờ phát sóng đã khiến kế hoạch sản xuất bộ phim này bị treo vô thời hạn. Sau Poseidon, Yun Ho tiếp tục nhận lời làm cameo trong sitcom của đài jTBC - Living in Cheongdam-dong. Vào vai một nghệ sĩ nổi tiếng chuyên sáng tác các ca khúc ăn khách, Yun Ho không khó khăn gì để làm tròn nhiệm vụ. Xem ra, anh chàng đúng là chỉ hợp làm khách mời mà thôi.

Chang Min - "Vẫn còn non và xanh"

2 năm sau ngày Heading to the Ground khởi sóng, bộ phim đầu tay của cậu em Chang Min - Paradise Ranch - cũng lò dò ra mắt khán giả. Đúng như lo ngại trước đó của dân tình, Paradise Ranch tiếp tục đi vào vết xe đổ của đàn anh với mức rating trung bình 6,7%.

Theo bình luận hài hước của khán giả thì phần lớn thời lượng phim, Chang Min chỉ có 1 biểu cảm duy nhất là... trợn trừng mắt.
