  May 27th, 2016 at Ho Chi Minh City, Shell Vietnam Company Limited (Shell Vietnam) and the strategic distributor in Vietnam – Le Hung Sao Mai Services Trading Company Limited (LHSM) have been cooperated to organize event “Shell: Leading technology – Reaching the future” successfully at GEM Center.
  
  More than 700 customers from top companies in the power sector, manufacturing industry and transporting, along with personnel from Shell Vietnam witnessed re-commitment of sustainable cooperation between Shell Vietnam and LHSM. During the event, Shell had confirmed once more – LHSM is the leading distributor of Shell in Vietnam.
  
  
  
  

  
  Mr. Tran Hong Van, General Director of Shell Vietnam awarded “The Best Lubricant Technical Specialist in 2015” for Mr. Cao Quang Trieu, Technical Manager of LHSM.

  
  
  During the event, Shell mentioned that Shell Group has invested over 1 billion of USD for research and development (R&D) within 2015. Shell also focuses on developing human resources with more than 550 scientists and engineers in researching innovative products and a work force of 93,000 employees. According to a survey by Kline, Shell stays in the top position as lubricant supplier of the world for 9 consecutive years from 2007 to 2015.

  In Vietnam, LHSM is also the leading distributor of Shell for 3 consecutive years, 2013, 2014, 2015. Sharing the secret to stay in this position, Mr. Nguyen Van Le Hung – Director of LHSM, spoke at the conference: “Firstly, LHSM and Shell shares the strategic vision that is bringing best lubricant solutions to customers, through diverse and high quality products following Shell’ global standards, which accompany a with professional and dedicated services before and after sale from LHSM. Secondly, LHSM has a huge customer network throughout provinces; therefore the effectiveness of using Shell products and services has been proven clearly. Thus, the faith and support for LHSM and Shell have been gradually spread rapidly.
  
  
  
  

  
  LHSM continue to invest in technical staff and modern machinery.

  
  
  Mr. Le Hung affirmed LHSM will continue to invest in the technical team, and use more modern machinery to help customers reducing costs through before and after sale services of LHSM. With this orientation, Mr. Cao Quang Trieu – Technical Manager of LHSM was honor awarded the title “Best Lubricant Technical Specialist in 2015” by Shell Southeast Asia.
  
  As the strategic partner of Shell in Vietnam, the leading distributor of Shell, LHSM will continue launching high quality lubricant products, especially new products with breakthrough efficiency of lubrication. These products are manufactured under Shell Pure Plus technology – synthetic base oil made from Gas-to-Liquid and Dynamic Protection Plus that Shell introduced during the event.
